'Goshpods goes Green!' is a new weekly podcast, focusing on the important issue of sustainability in health care. In series one, which will air over the next six weeks, we will be looking at the issue of climate change, how healthcare practices are contributing to this emergency, and discuss the small steps that all healthcare professionals can take on the road to instigating bigger changes within the NHS.
In this episode, I'm joined by Nick Martin, the the head of sustainability and environmental management at Great Ormond Street Hospital. He will be talking about past and current sustainability projects at GOSH, including the clean air framework, the declaration of a climate emergency, and the pledges that GOSH has made towards a net zero future.
