This week on GOSHpods, we are bringing you episodes from the Clinical Simulation team at GOSH who will be discussing some of the amazing work they do in providing immersive education to staff at GOSH.
This first episode will focus on the simulation 'pre-brief' and the importance of preparing learners for their clinical simulation in order to maximise their learning. They will also introduce a new educational tool, developed by the team, that aims to standardise and improve the pre-briefing process.
